Enterprise Car Rental is offering generous discounts to participants. The discount can be applied to any Enterprise booking in July and August and is not limited to only renting the car from Charlottesville.
Hourly Shuttle Service between Hotels & Venues @ $60 per person
A 56 seater coach will run a continuous (60 minute) loop around the majority of the official hotels, college dorms, and the two squash facilities. It is still possible to sign up for this service by paying cash when you go through the registration process. The service begins on Saturday July 28 and ends Saturday August 4. St. Anne’s Shuttle
St. Anne’s will be operating a school bus that will run backward and forward between the two squash venue’s; St. Anne’s and McArthur Squash Center. This service is included for anyone signed up for the UTS TRANSPORTATION LOOP above. Go to the ST. ANNE’S SHUTTLE page for the precise schedule.
Three Notch’d Coach Service
If you have signed up for the UTS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE and have a ticket for the WELCOME RECEPTION then we have a coach service to get you to/from THREE NOTCH’D BREWERY at IX PARK. Go to the THREE NOTCH’D COACH page for the precise schedule.
Dulles (IAD) Airport Pick-Up @ $60 per person
Participant pick-up from Dulles International Airport (IAD) and drop-off to tournament hotels. The service will be offered twice daily, once in the morning at 11.30am and then again in the evening at 6.30pm, on July 27, 28, 29 & 30. All participants that have registered for a pick up from Dulles should have already been emailed their voucher to board the bus – with detailed instructions of what to do when you arrive at the airport. Richmond (RIC) Airport Pick-Up @ $50 per person
Participant pick-up from Richmond International Airport (RIC) and drop-off to tournament hotels. The service will be offered twice daily, once in the late morning and again in the early evening, on July 27, 28, 29 & 30. All participants that have registered for a pick up from Richmond should have already been emailed their voucher to board the bus – with detailed instructions of what to do when you arrive at the airport. Dulles (IAD) Airport Drop off @ $60 per person
Participant pick-up from the tournament hotels and dropped off at Dulles International Airport (IAD). The service will be offered twice daily, once in the morning and again in the afternoon, on August 2, 3, 4 & 5. We expect to send the vouchers out for this service beginning July 23.
Richmond (RIC) Airport Drop Off @ $50 per person
